On 22nd March 2026, the Ramakrishna Mission Swami Vivekananda’s Ancestral House and Cultural Centre organized a solemn Akhanda Chandi Path to mark the auspicious occasion of Chaitra Navaratri.
The program began with registration and welcome tea, followed by an introductory address delivered by the Secretary of the Centre, Swami Jnanalokananda. Thereafter, participants engaged in the collective chanting of the entire Chandi, creating a spiritually uplifting and devotional atmosphere.
At the conclusion of the chanting, devotional songs dedicated to the Divine Mother were sung. This was followed by a thanksgiving session, during which Swami Jnanalokananda expressed heartfelt gratitude to all present.
A total of 300 devotees attended the event, including 30 children from the Balak Sangha and Kanya Sangha. The program concluded with the distribution of lunch prasad packets to all attendees, bringing the day’s proceedings to a harmonious close.
